Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

• Analyze customers’ energy consumption patterns and calculate financial return on investment (ROI) for solar systems.

• Create and present project proposals and quotes, offering clear and compelling value propositions.

• Conduct on-site visits to client homes and businesses to close contracts in person.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the Insightly CRM platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a consultative sales environment.

• Proven ability to self-generate leads and manage sales pipelines effectively.

• Exceptional customer service and follow-up skills.

• Strong proficiency in computer applications and online tools.

• A passion for clean energy and staying at the forefront of industry trends.

• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to establish trust with customers.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
